Screens, systems, and the first campaign
You do not have to start over to start selling.
Bring us the setup you have. We will establish how Foro connects to it, what needs attention, and what it will take to deliver the first paid campaign.
Foro handles the commercial work.
Your content management system and players get content onto the screens. Foro connects the commercial agreement to that delivery: the places and dates booked, the price, the approved creative, and the record of what played.
You do not need to choose Ryarc's CMS to have the conversation. We work with your existing system where it can support the required connection, or help you choose one. Compatibility needs checking; it is not a promise that every player works without integration.
What we need to establish.
- Which locations and screens you control, their formats, and their operating hours.
- The CMS and player software in use, and who manages them.
- How campaigns and approved media reach those players.
- How playback evidence comes back, including what happens when a screen is offline.
- Who can sell inventory, approve ads, and manage the advertiser relationship.
- How much screen time remains reserved for your own messages.
These answers define a workable first offer. They also reveal any integration or operating work before you promise delivery to an advertiser.
If the screens are not there yet.
LiteMax supplies commercial displays. USSI provides installation, warranty, and operations. Intel is also a technology partner. We can help bring those pieces together around the locations you want to start with.
Screen choice and placement should follow the offer: what a customer can actually see, where they spend time, and which advertisers have a reason to buy. Confirm hardware, service coverage, and costs for your locations before rollout.
Prove the delivery before you expand.
Start with a limited set of screens. Confirm the media format, approval process, schedule, and playback reporting from end to end. A booking record alone does not establish that an ad appeared on the screen.
Where supported, playback conditions can select between approved creatives—for example, a different ad in cold weather. The campaign still occupies the inventory it booked. Locations without that capability use the default creative.
Give IT and operations a defined scope.
Bring the people responsible for your CMS, network, and screen operations into the setup conversation. We can work through the connection, access, data flows, and support responsibilities with them.
Security review and any specific hosting or contractual requirements need to be addressed for your organization. We will not treat a marketing page as a substitute for that assessment.
Separate the software price from the setup costs.
Foro does not cost the screen owner a penny. Foro is paid by a fee on what advertisers spend. Hardware, installation, CMS licensing, and operating services are separate costs to establish for your setup.
There is no guaranteed advertising income. The first campaign should test the commercial offer as well as the connection: who will buy, what it takes to serve them, and whether it is worth repeating.
