Your screens. Your buyers. Your terms.

Foro for restaurants & qsr

Run a partner campaign across your restaurants. Keep it off the shift manager's list.

Foro gives beverage brands, suppliers, and other approved advertisers a way to book your customer-facing screens. Your central team sets the offer and approves the campaign. Restaurants do not have to become ad sales offices.

Walk through a campaign

Partner advertising that is booked centrally, delivered to the right locations, and accounted for.

The partner deal should reach the screen without a chain of reminders.

A beverage partner agrees a campaign. Then someone has to establish which restaurants participate, collect the creative, coordinate the dates, and confirm it actually ran. Across a franchise group, even a simple promotion can become a lot of follow-up.

Foro makes the screen campaign a booking with named locations, dates, a price, and approved creative. Your central team manages it through one process. The people taking orders can stay focused on taking orders.

A campaign, from offer to report · Illustrative example

A beverage launch across the lunch locations.

Imagine a restaurant group offering a beverage partner four weeks on separate screens beside the ordering queue. Twenty participating restaurants stock the drink. The menu boards continue doing their existing job.

  1. 01

Agree what the partner is buying

Your marketing team defines the participating locations, campaign dates, and available times. Breakfast and lunch can have different commercial value. You choose the offer rather than treating every hour as interchangeable.

  2. 02

    Make it a booking

The partner selects the agreed locations and schedule, sees the price, and books through Foro. If your team already manages the relationship, it can create the advertiser's campaign instead.

  3. 03

    Keep brand approval central

Your team checks the creative against the brand and the actual offer in those restaurants. The approved campaign goes to its booked screens. Managers do not have to accept ad orders, collect payment, or maintain a separate campaign calendar.

  4. 04

Report back without calling every restaurant

Foro records what played, where, and when. You have a delivery report for the partner and a record of the campaign revenue, rather than relying on a round of messages asking whether someone saw the ad.

A breakfast partner, a seasonal product launch, or an approved local advertiser can follow the same process. The campaign still needs to fit the restaurant, the time of day, and the customer experience.

The menu comes first.

Screens that customers need to read the menu are not automatically spare advertising inventory. Start with the screens and time you can genuinely sell without making it harder to order.

You reserve space for your own promotions, decide which advertiser categories are welcome, and approve the creative. A screen beside the queue can carry a commercial campaign while the menu boards keep their operational purpose.

A franchise network needs an agreed commercial arrangement.

Before offering a group campaign, establish who controls the screens, which locations participate, and who has authority to sell the space. A franchise brand does not necessarily own every screen in every restaurant.

Foro can support campaign booking and delivery across an agreed network. How revenue is shared with franchisees is a separate matter to settle with us before launch; automatic payouts to members are not a promise of this offer.

Your existing partners are the starting point.

Someone on your side still introduces and sells the opportunity. Foro handles the booking process that follows. That makes a partner campaign easier to repeat without pretending that software replaces the commercial relationship.

A local media partner can bring additional advertisers. Outside advertisers buying programmatically can be enabled for remaining availability at your floor price, after direct business. You can leave that route switched off.

Know what ran. Decide separately what worked.

A delivery report can establish that the agreed advertising played. It cannot establish how many drinks it sold. Foro does not connect campaigns to your point-of-sale data.

For a first campaign, judge the revenue, the administration involved, and the effect on the restaurant experience. Use your own sales analysis if product sales are part of the partner's success criteria.

Getting set up

Start with what you have.

Already have screens and a content management system? We will work through how Foro connects to your setup. Starting from scratch? We can help you put the pieces together.

Screens, systems, and installation

Your content system

Keep a suitable existing CMS, or get help choosing one. We confirm compatibility, scheduling, and delivery reporting before launch.

Screens and installation

LiteMax supplies commercial displays. USSI provides installation, warranty, and operations. Intel is also a technology partner.

What it costs

Foro does not cost the screen owner a penny. Foro is paid by a fee on what advertisers spend. Screens, installation, and any CMS or operating services are separate costs to establish for your setup.
