Foro for shopping centers & malls
Let tenants book your screens. Keep your team out of the booking business.
A tenant wants next weekend. Another wants a launch across three centers. Foro gives them a direct way to choose screens, book dates, and pay—while your team keeps control of the space, the price, and what appears.
Walk through a campaignTenant relationships become bookings you can manage in one place.
Talk to us ↗A media offer your tenants can actually use.
You may already sell screen time, include it in a tenant package, or handle requests as favors. The difficulty is making it repeatable: checking dates, collecting artwork, getting approval, and keeping track of what each tenant was promised.
With Foro, you decide which screens and times are available and what they cost. Tenants can book for themselves. Where you offer a media allowance, they can use it to choose the exposure that matters to their business. Your marketing team reviews the creative instead of rebuilding every booking by email.
A campaign, from offer to report · Illustrative example
One tenant. A new collection. Two busy weekends.
Imagine a footwear tenant launching a collection at two of your centers. You have offered a media allowance as part of your relationship. Here is how that becomes an actual campaign.
- 01
Give the tenant a route to book
Your team invites the tenant to your screen network. The allowance gives them spending power; it does not give away control of your screens. Available places, dates, and prices are set by you.
- 02
Let them choose the campaign
The tenant selects screens at the two centers and the launch dates. They see the price before committing and can use their allowance toward the booking. If they want more exposure, there is a paid offer to discuss—not another informal favor.
- 03
Approve what visitors will see
The tenant submits its ad. Your team checks the message, store location, and presentation before it plays. Your own events and center messages retain the screen time you reserve for them.
- 04
Close the campaign with a record
Foro reports what played, where, and when. The tenant gets evidence of delivery, and your team has a concrete starting point for the next launch rather than another search through email.
The same arrangement can support a restaurant opening, a cinema release, or a tenant sale. Each buys the locations and dates relevant to its business; your team runs one booking process.
An allowance is a benefit. Paid media is still a business.
Decide what belongs in the tenant relationship and what deserves a separate price. An allowance can make your media useful to more tenants without turning every request into unlimited free exposure.
Weekend demand need not be priced like a quiet weekday. You set the offer and the price; Foro makes that offer bookable. It does not guarantee that every available hour will sell.
Reach beyond tenants without putting them second.
Your direct relationships come first. A local media partner can bring advertisers your center team would not otherwise approach. If you want another source of demand, you can enable outside advertisers buying programmatically for remaining availability, at your floor price.
That is an option, not a requirement. The center's own messages and the inventory already committed to tenants are not spare space for someone else to sell.
Who owns the work?
Your commercial team decides the offer and tenant terms. Marketing approves the ads and manages the screen allocation. Tenants handle their own campaign choices and submissions; Foro handles the booking, payment, and delivery record.
Someone still needs to introduce the offer and develop the relationships. The change is that each sale no longer needs its own improvised operating process.
What will you be able to show?
You can show advertising revenue and evidence that campaigns ran. Proof of play is not proof that a visitor entered a store or made a purchase. Agree with tenants at the outset which other measures they will use to judge the campaign.
Getting set up
Start with what you have.
Already have screens and a content management system? We will work through how Foro connects to your setup. Starting from scratch? We can help you put the pieces together.
Screens, systems, and installationYour content system
Keep a suitable existing CMS, or get help choosing one. We confirm compatibility, scheduling, and delivery reporting before launch.
Screens and installation
LiteMax supplies commercial displays. USSI provides installation, warranty, and operations. Intel is also a technology partner.
What it costs
Foro does not cost the screen owner a penny. Foro is paid by a fee on what advertisers spend. Screens, installation, and any CMS or operating services are separate costs to establish for your setup.
