Foro for hotels & motels
Let local businesses reach your guests. Keep the front desk out of the ad business.
Your guests arrive with plans to make: where to eat, what to see, how to get around. Foro lets the businesses that serve them book your lobby and breakfast-room screens directly. Your team sets the price, keeps time for your own offers, and approves every ad.
Walk through a campaign
Local advertisers your guests actually need, booked across your properties through one process.
Talk to us ↗Your guests are deciding what to do next. Local businesses want to be in that decision.
Attractions, restaurants, tours, and car-rental desks already court your front desk for recommendations. Some leave brochures. Few have a way to pay for a place on your screens, and your staff has no reason to take that on property by property.
Foro makes the screen time something an advertiser can book. You decide which properties, screens, and hours are for sale and what they cost. The advertiser chooses the properties near its business, sees the price, and books. Your marketing team approves the ad; the front desk is not involved.
A campaign, from offer to report · Illustrative example
One attraction. Nine properties. A summer of breakfasts.
Imagine a regional attraction, a few hours' drive from nine of your properties, that wants families to choose it for tomorrow. Breakfast is when those plans get made. Here is how that becomes a campaign.
- 01
Decide what the screens can carry
Your marketing team chooses the participating properties and screens, keeps time for your own offers (the restaurant, upgrades, the loyalty program), and sets a price. Breakfast and check-in hours can carry a different price from the middle of the night.
- 02
Let the attraction book
The attraction chooses the properties within reach, picks the summer weeks and the breakfast hours, sees the price, and pays through Foro. If your team already manages the relationship, it can set up the campaign instead.
- 03
Approve once, deliver everywhere
Your team checks the ad against your brand standards and the setting. The approved campaign plays on the booked screens at the booked hours. No one at the properties has to collect artwork, take payment, or remember when it stops.
- 04
Report what played
At the end, Foro reports what played, where, and when. The attraction can set that against its own ticket sales, and you can decide whether to offer next summer on that basis.
A restaurant two streets away, an airport shuttle, a car-rental company, or a conference venue can follow the same process across one property or the whole chain. The advertiser changes; the booking and delivery work does not.
The lobby is still your brand.
You decide which kinds of advertisers belong in your properties, keep time for your own offers, and approve every ad before it plays. A booking does not get around your brand standards.
Start with businesses that help your guests: places to eat, things to do, ways to get around. An ad that a guest is glad to see is easier to defend than one that only fills the screen.
Franchised properties need an agreement first.
Many chains do not own every property, and the brand does not necessarily control every screen. Before offering a chain-wide campaign, agree which properties take part, who may sell the space, and what the brand standards allow.
Foro can book and deliver campaigns across an agreed group of properties. How revenue is shared with owners or franchisees is a matter to settle with us before launch; automatic payouts to each property are not part of this offer.
Someone still has to make the offer.
Your team, a regional sales lead, or a partner such as a local tourism body still introduces the opportunity to advertisers. Foro handles everything that follows. It does not supply a queue of advertisers by itself.
A local media partner can bring additional buyers. Outside advertisers buying programmatically can be switched on for time nobody booked, last and at your floor price. You can leave that route off.
Which screens, and what it does not cover.
This is for the screens guests pass and wait in front of: the lobby, the check-in area, elevator landings, the breakfast room. In-room TV usually runs on a separate guest system, and this offer does not assume it.
Foro reports delivery, not ticket sales or bookings. If the advertiser wants to measure response, it can use its own offer code or analysis. Start with a few properties and judge the revenue against the time your team spends.
Your own AI
Let the AI you already use run the desk.
Foro isn't a chatbot on our website. It's built so the AI your company already uses (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or any assistant that supports MCP) can operate it directly, with the same facts and rules your team works with.
Your AI can tell you which properties still have breakfast hours open next month, and offer them to the local businesses you choose. An attraction can let its own AI book the properties within reach of it, inside the grant you issue.
Connect your AIWhat yours can do
See what is sold and what is still open on every screen. Put unsold time on sale to the customers you choose, never deeper than the discount you set. Review the ads waiting for approval. Brief you in the morning.
Your buyers' AI, too
A supplier or advertiser can connect its own AI and book directly, inside a grant you issue: which screens, which dates, how much it may spend. It sees the price before it commits, and that is what it pays.
You stay in charge
Anything that changes something is off until you turn it on. No AI can raise its own limits. Every action is recorded, and you can end its access at any time.
Getting set up
Start with what you have.
Already have screens and a content management system? We will work through how Foro connects to your setup. Starting from scratch? We can help you put the pieces together.
Screens, systems, and installationYour content system
Keep a suitable existing CMS, or get help choosing one. We confirm compatibility, scheduling, and delivery reporting before launch.
Screens and installation
LiteMax supplies commercial displays. USSI provides installation, warranty, and operations. Intel is also a technology partner.
What it costs
Foro does not cost the screen owner a penny. Foro is paid by a fee on what advertisers spend. Screens, installation, and any CMS or operating services are separate costs to establish for your setup.
